On Streeter Drive in Agnes Water, Queensland lives an office space that holds Paul, owner of local Blue Ocean Signs & Graphics, and his design and printing studio.
While the graphic itself was designed in-house by TravelbyBit’s design team, we approached Paul for the implementation of the printed billboard only a few weeks before our visit.
When I first heard from Gordon about the sign back in February, I thought: what a great idea. To put our town in front of an entirely new market with the twist of being the first.
I think that the publicity it has generated for our tourism is priceless and I am happy that I was able to help make it happen.
A-frames, vinyl cut lettering, banners, vehicle wraps, real estate signs, and large indoor/outdoor sign boards are only a few of the brand’s specialties. They also work with POS and store signage including marketing and advertising material.
The iconic 1770 signboard announcing the digital currency town as Australia’s first now hangs high for all local and international travellers to see as they make the drive into Agnes Water-1770.
